TFRRS | Ernest Ayanugo – Cross Country Results & Statistics
As a sophomore in 2024, Ayanugo competed in four cross country races. His season-best time in the 8k was 37:32.2 at the DBU Old Glory Gallop. Finished 35th with a time of 23:14.7 in a 5k at the University of Dallas Invitational.
As a freshman in 2023, Ayanugo competed in two competitions, finishing with a time of 38:07.1 (8k) for 74th at the Southwestern Showdown (9/16/23) and time of 37:22.7 (8k) for 62nd at the Sooner Athletic Conference Championship (11/4/23).
HIGH SCHOOL:
At DeSoto High School, Ayanugo was the Texas State Champion in the 4x200 Meter Relay and 4x100 Meter Relay.
