TFRRS | Kristian Nichols – Cross Country Results & Statistics
As a freshman in 2024, Nichols made her collegiate debut with a 5k at the DBU Old Glory Gallop (10/5/24) and posted a 32:34.4 time. 

High School:
At Lancaster High School, Nichols is a state champion and holds the record in the 4x100 Meter Relay.
