DALLAS – University of North Texas at Dallas athletics had a record-setting 30 student-athletes named to the 2026 Spring Athletic Director's List. This is the sixth semester the department has recognized this group, which requires at least a 3.0 GPA earned from the semester.
 
Men's and Women's track and field paced the group with 15 student-athletes on the group, highlighted by Devin Page with his sixth recognition to lead all Trailblazers with the academic award.
 
Women's basketball placed 10 of its student-athletes led by Johnson and Minor with their third time to be named to this academic list. Ke'Liyah Anderson, Sophia Fisher, Khalaizah Martin, Sanaa Murphy-Showers, and Kayden Riley also were honored a second time.
 
Men's basketball produced five recipients, with the entire quintet having players that are multi-year recipients including Greg Crawford with all four semesters at UNT Dallas and Dante Curry-El leading the program with his fifth.
 
Julian Adigler (men's track and field), Crawford (men's basketball), and Anderson (women's basketball) all received a 4.0 GPA this spring.
 
UNT Dallas also participates in NAIA scholar athlete programs, which featured Page (fall and spring), Crawford (winter), and Wright (fall) as recipients in 2025-26. The Red River Athletic Conference will release academic honors later this summer.
 
UNT Dallas saw its Athletic Director's List grow to record numbers each term in 2025-26, with 25 in the fall and 30 being the new bar in 2026.
