Biography
AT UNTD:
As a senior in 2024-25, Howard appeared in 23 games and made 19 starts. He averaged 25.7 minutes. Howard ranked fourth in the nation for blocks-per-game with a 2.5 mark. Howard shattered all the block records for the Trailblazers, establishing the single-game record as six versus Texas Wesleyan (1/6/25) and logging 57 for the new season and career highs. Howard ruled the top spot in the SAC all season. He also posted 207 points, 9.0 ppg, 124 rebounds, 20 assists, and 13 steals. Notched a season-high 19 points versus Jarvis Christian (11/2/24), 12 rebounds and recorded his lone double-double versus Wayland Baptist (1/30/25). Howard was named SAC Defensive Player of the Week (12/2/24).
PREVIOUS INSTITUTIONS:
In 2023-24 at Academy of Art University, Howard appeared in 22 games and totaled 65 points, 46 rebounds, five assists, seven steals, and six blocks. He shot 48.3 percent from the floor.
In 2022-23, Howard played at Polk State College, where he played 28 games, started 20, averaging 40.6 percent from the field, averaging 7.1 points/game, averaging 7.3 rebounds/game to lead the team, and 1.4 blocks per contest. Howard was All-Conference Second Team.
In 2021-22, Howard played at Tyler Junior College where he appeared in 28 games, averaging 9.6 points/game, shooting 53 percent from the field, and averaging 4.8 rebounds/game.
HIGH SCHOOL:
A 2020 graduate of Trinity Leadership High School, Howard was a multi-year letter winner.
