BETHANY, OK-
ZyUnn Cormier hits 29 points as the Trailblazers fall 74-55 to Southwestern Christian.
The Eagles jumped out to a quick lead in the first quarter leading UNTD to 24-17. The Eagles were sharp from the field hitting 7-12 from the field including 5 shots from behind the arc.
In the second quarter, it was more SCU outscoring UNTD 21-6 while shooting 42% from the field. The Eagles took a 45-23 lead into the locker room.
The third quarter saw a surge from the Trailblazers as they outscored the Eagles off of 50% shooting from the floor to the Eagles 18%. The Trailblazers were led by
ZyUnn Cormier with 9 points in the third.
The final quarter was close with SCU outscoring UNTD 21-16 as the Eagles shot 61% from the field.

ZyUnn Cormier with 29 points. This is her second-highest scoring game of the year coming in behind her 34 point performance at Central Christian. The senior from Duncanville HS also had 4 rebounds and 3 steals.
Breniya Arnold and
Kayla James also contributed 7 points each.
The Eagles had 4 in double digits led by Case and Yager who had 17 points each.
The Trailblazers will be at home as they host Mid America Christian this Saturday at Trinity Basin starting at 2pm.
