DALLAS – University of North Texas at Dallas men's basketball continues its early portion of the 2025-26 season with a nearby road game at Paul Quinn University on Wednesday. Tip-off is slated for 7:30 p.m. following the women's tilt.

STORY SO FAR
- The Trailblazers have been busy the past two weeks, splitting a pair of non-conference affairs with Dallas Christian College and Wiley University.
- UNTD spent last week drawing a pair of exhibitions with NCAA Division I UT Arlington and NCAA Division II Southern Nazarene University.
- The team picked up a 76-68 victory over Wiley at Ellis Davis Field House to get UNTD into the win column.
 
PLAYERS TO WATCH
- Greg Crawford (Houston, Texas) has picked up where he left off leading the team with 50 points in two games. Crawford is doing most of his damage at the free throw line with a 16.0 average.
- DaRyan Williams (Austin, Texas) had a big game against the Wildcats, with 18 points and nine boards. Williams leads the team in blocks (4) and tied for the team-lead in steals with four.
- JT Curry (Baton Rouge, La.) scored 11 of his 12 points in the second half against Wiley. He also has four steals to match the team-lead.
- Another returner from last season is Demaryon Thornton (Chicago, Ill.), who will spend his fourth year on the squad. The elder statesman with his debut on UNTD during 2021-22, Thornton played 14 games the second half of last year and made 21 three-pointers and tallied 98 points and 39 rebounds. Thornton ended the season making at least three trifectas in the last four contests.
- Dreyon Thornton (Chicago, Ill.) will make it a family affair this season, as he joins his brother on the team for the first time. Sedric Curry Jr. (Baton Rouge, La.) gives UNTD a pair of brothers on the same squad.

A LOOK AT THE TIGERS
