DALLAS – University of North Texas at Dallas men's basketball is back at Trinity Leadership this week for a pair of Red River Athletic Conference games. The Trailblazers host Xavier University (La.) on Thursday at 7:30 p.m. and North American University on Saturday at 3:00 p.m.

NEW HOME
- The Trailblazers will play their remaining home games for 2025-26 at Trinity Leadership Public School. Fans will also be able to purchase tickets in advance or at the door to see the Trailblazers in action.
 
LAST TIME OUT
- The Trailblazers had a difficult road trip at San Antonio, dropping two games and falling to 2-5 overall and 1-3 in conference.  
- Greg Crawford (Houston, Texas) was the team's top scorer in both contests, tallying 22 points and 11 points, respectively.  
- Sedric Curry Jr. (Baton Rouge, La.) gave the team its second double-double in the game against Texas A&M-San Antonio with a season-high 16 points and 10 rebounds.
 
RECORD BOOKS
- Previous three games have seen the Trailblazers stitching together new milestones in the record books. Crawford set the new rebounding record in a single-game with 20 at Huston-Tillotson (Nov. 15).
- A quartet of players: Sedric Curry Jr. (Baton Rouge, La.), JT Curry (Baton Rouge, La.), DaRyan Williams (Austin, Texas), and Crawford combined for eight blocks to tie the single-game record as a team at Paul Quinn (Nov. 17).
- The team shattered the previous single-game record for free throws made (28 vs. Dallas Christian – 10/28/23) with 32 total. This occurred against Southwest (11/22/25).
 
TRAILBLAZER TIDBITS
- Crawford has scored at least 20 points in six-of-seven games and continues his pace of scoring double figures in all-but one game for the Trailblazers in two seasons. The guard/forward is averaging 19.4 points and 10.4 rebounds. Crawford has made 69 free throws and has 459 career points with UNTD.
- DaRyan Williams (Austin, Texas) has performed well at home this season, scoring 18 points in both contests. This includes his lone double-double at Trinity Leadership in the team's debut at the facility.  
- Demaryon Thornton (Chicago, Ill.) rounds out the top three in scoring with 67 points. He Is the only player to eclipse double-digits in triples with 11.
- The Trailblazers are 2-0 with both results going to overtime this season at the friendly confines.

SCOUTING THE GOLD RUSH
- Xavier University enters with a 3-3 record and 0-1 RRAC mark.
- The Gold Rush fell last time in November to North American in the conference opener, 66-63.
- It's a two-game slide, but two of the team's three setbacks were in overtime (both to Loyola (N.O.)).
- The team is 1-2 in away games.
- Bentravin Phillips has totaled 114 points to lead the team.
