Crawford and Williams earn RRAC Postseason Honors

WACO, Texas – University of North Texas at Dallas men's basketball saw two players selected to the 2025-26 Red River Athletic Conference Team and postseason award winners as voted by the conference's head coaches.
 
Graduate student guard/forward Greg Crawford (Houston, Texas) headlined the Trailblazers with a First Team All-Conference selection. He is the first member of the program to be named on a First Team of a conference and earns the second all-conference award after being tabbed on Sooner Athletic Conference Second Team in 2024-25.
 
Senior forward DaRyan Williams (Austin, Texas) was UNTD's representative on the All-Champions of Character Team.
 
Crawford led the Trailblazers with 15.4 points-per-game and 10.4 rebounds-per-game. He is ranked in the top five nationally for rebounds-per-game (at time of release) and leads the league in that category. Crawford also has accumulated 66 assists, 28 steals, and 14 blocks. Crawford has logged 907 points and 553 boards in two seasons with the Trailblazers. He tallied a team-leading nine double-doubles this season after having one in all 28 games in his first year with UNT Dallas. Crawford broke the single-game record for rebounds with 23 against Texas College this season (1/8/26). Crawford is also going into the record books for free throws made in a season (183), and topped his own record marks on rebounds and rebounds per contest from the previous season. Crawford was a two-time RRAC Player of the Week this season.
 
UNT Dallas posted an 11-16 record this season and went 10-12 in its first year in the RRAC. The team matched the most wins on a conference schedule with the 2024-25 season that was part of the SAC. The Trailblazers clinched No.6 Seed of the RRAC Men's Basketball tournament and have qualified for three postseasons. This seed was their highest in program history.
