As a senior in 2025-26, Williams played in 27 games and made 25 starts. He averaged 27.4 minutes, 9.4 points, and 7.1 rebounds on the campaign. Williams totaled 255 points, 193 boards, 46 assists, 18 steals, and 28 blocks. Finished with 12 games in double figures, which included a four-game streak from Dec. 13 through Jan. 3. Registered five double-doubles. Had a career-high 20 points in a victory at Xavier (La.) (1/31/26). Tied single-game record for blocks with six against Our Lady of the Lake (1/22/26)
