As a senior in 2024-25, Dugan started all 25 games for the Trailblazers and averaged 34 minutes. Dugan ranked 13th in NAIA with 3.2 steals per contest. She led the conference and set the single season record with 80 and was one shy of matching the career record in her only season. Dugan made 113 field goals, 37 three-pointers, and 105 free throws, which also shattered a single-season record. Dugan dished 104 assists for 44th nationally, third in the league, and broke a single-season record. Dugan grabbed 132 rebounds, averaged 5.3 boards, and blocked five shots. Dugan scored double figures across 21 contests. Dugan scored a season-high 29 points versus Oklahoma City (11/16/24). She claimed a pair of double-doubles, including a 20-point, 11-rebound performance on the final game with John Brown (2/24/25).

PREVIOUS INSTITUTION:
In 2023-24, Dugan played and started nine games for University of Maine Fort Kent. She averaged 21.2 points/game, averaged 5.6 rebounds/game, and had 2.2 assists/game. Dugan earned USCAA Division I Player of the Week early in the campaign.
In 2020-21, Dugan played for Collin Community College and appeared in 19 games, starting 17 times. She averaged 16.0 points/game, shot 36 percent from the field, averaged 5.0 rebounds/game, and averaged 3.1 assists/game.
In 2019-20, Dugan played for Collin Community College. She appeared in five games for the Cougars, averaging 11.6 points/game, shooting 36.4 percent from the field, shooting 73.9 percent at the free throw line, averaging 2.2 rebounds/game, and averaging 1.6 assists.
 
HIGH SCHOOL:
A 2019 graduate from Richardson High School, Dugan ranked No. 38 nationally for 24.6 points/game, she ranked fifth in Texas, third in Region II, and led Division 6A and 6A Region I District 8. Dugan was a four-year letter varsity and two-time First Team All-District.
