DALLAS, TX- The UNTD Trailblazers fall to Langston for the second time this season 72-51.
Cobe Dillard was the only Trailblazer in double digits as the Trailblazers fall to the Lions. Langston coming off their first loss of the season to Southwestern Assemblies of God bounced back in solid fashion. Although it was a slow shooting night for Langston, shooting 38% from the floor, they were able to get to the free throw line nearly 30 times, while the Trailblazers couldn't capitalize on their 20 attempts. The Lions took a 35-19 lead into the locker room and didn't let up in the second half.
In the second hald, Langston outscored the Trailblazers 37-32 and UNTD was able to just 8-22 from the field. The second half did see better shooting from the Trailblazers shooting 44% from the field. Langston was able to capitalize on 24 UNTD turnovers and out rebounded the Trailblazers 35 to 29.
Dillard, in addition to his 11 points added 5 rebounds in 18 minutes of play. Langston two players in double digits led by Anthony Roy with 17 points.
The Trailblazers are on the road to Siloam Springs as they take on John Brown University This SAC match-up will tip off at approximately 8pm.
