CRITICAL STRETCH
- UNT Dallas men's basketball returns to Ellis Davis for a pair of matchups this week and look to get back on a needed run to secure a top-eight spot in the league standings for the Sooner Athletic Conference Tournament.
- The Trailblazers are 9-11 overall and 6-11 in league action. They are 2-5 at home and coming off a 94-79 setback at Nelson. Before that game, they won two in a row.
- UNT Dallas currently sits tied eighth with Oklahoma City, Science and Arts, and Panhandle State. Central Christian is 8-9 and in seventh, while College of the Ozarks is 5-11. Texas Wesleyan is sixth in 9-7 before the top quintet in the league begins with records north of .600 winning percentages.
- Seven contests remain for UNTD to gain to some momentum and look to net its first tournament appearance since 2021-22.

- The Pioneers are tied for first in the SAC with a 13-4 record and are 13-8 on the season.
- They are on a three-game winning streak, defeating Science and Arts, 76-74, last Saturday.

- Quenton Coleman headlines this team's individual stats with a league-leading 20.8 points-per-game and 436 total points. He also leads the team with 63 made three-pointers, 57 assists and 35 steals.
-  Seven additional players have scored triple-digits, even though Coleman is the only player averaging double figures. Kabine Kaba is a player to notice with 146 points (3rd on team) and 125 rebounds (1st on team) – only one north of 100 boards.

- OPSU has won five-of-eight conference games since the 2025 year began. This includes one-point victories against Wayland Baptist and Mid-America Christian. The Aggies are coming off wins with Science and Arts and Texas Wesleyan.
