NORMAN, Okla. – University of North Texas at Dallas women's indoor track and field completed its regular season last Friday at the Crimson and Cream Qualifier hosted by NCAA Division I University of Oklahoma. It was a great finish to the program's first indoor season that featured at least three countable contests.

First-year Head coach Darvis Patton continues to train the program up to new heights, as several individuals concluded this portion of the season with personal records and establishing new program marks.

Ashli Barron was able to score six points with a third-place finish on the 200-Meter Dash with a time of 25.85. The 4x400 Meter Relay compiled four points with a time of 4:25.69, as Quintasia Isby, Madison Blanch, Naomi Peregrina, and Jarina Williams competed in that quartet. Wrapping up scoring points were Blanch and Peregrina with seventh and eighth place finishes in the 800 Meters.

Blanch headlined the 800m with a PR and school record result of 2:31.89. Peregrina rewrote the 1 Mile record time with a 5:55.91, as she broke her previous time at the FasTrak Collegiate Indoor Classic.
