WACO, Texas – University of North Texas at Dallas women's track and field continued the busy month with its third straight outdoor competition under first-year head coach Darvis "Doc" Patton. This race was a quick turnaround with the Trailblazers racing on Friday and Saturday in their third consecutive NCAA Division I host and second Big XII affiliate Baylor University in the Clyde Hart Classic.

Madison Blanch continued her great start in the Trailblazers' record books, as she broke her own record in the 400m Hurdles with a time of 1:10.73 and finishing inside the top-20. She shaved a second off her previous two meet times, including the previous record at UTA Invitational (1:11.26) on March 14. Blanch has achieved a program record in each outdoor competition for UNTD this campaign. Blanch added a top time for the Trailblazers in the 800m with a time of 2:28.35, which was shy of her record-setting time last week at TCU by a less than a second (2:27.90)

Naomi Peregrina is also producing a great start for the Trailblazers and claimed a personal record in the 800m with a time of 2:30.80. This gives the Trailblazers a pair of program standouts for the event.

Ar'quria Hall made her outdoor season debut and boasted history for the women's track team with the first Long Jump result of 6.64 meters. Hall is also competed in the Trailblazers first field event of the outdoor season.

UNT Dallas heads to Austin, Texas, for the Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays hosted by NCAA Division I University of Texas on April 2-4.
