DALLAS – University of North Texas at Dallas women's basketball takes off on its first Red River Athletic Conference road trip with two games in San Antonio this Thursday at Texas A&M-San Antonio (5:30 p.m.) and this Saturday at Our Lady of the Lake University (1:00 p.m.).

INTRODUCTION TO THE LEAGUE WITH A VICTORY
- UNT Dallas (2-1, 1-0) made its RRAC debut with an 86-66 win at Trinity Leadership Public School on November 22.
- The Trailblazers were in control from the start, building a 27-12 lead after one quarter. They closed the 20-point win with a 23-15 fourth quarter.
- 10 players found the scoring column in the box score, led by ShanDrea Yeldell with 15 points, six rebounds, four assists, and three steals. She shot 4-of-6 from three.
- Jade Myles (Dallas, Texas) went 3-of-5 from long range and had 13 points.
- De'Asia Johnson (Dallas, Texas) neared a double-double with 12 points and nine boards to go with a team-high six assists.
- Kayden Riley (Dallas, Texas) tossed in 10 points from the bench with six rebounds.
 
PLAYER NOTABLES
- Johnson leads the team in scoring with 47 points (15.7 ppg) and is tied for the team-lead in steals (9).
- Yeldell also has nine steals to match the team-high and is second in scoring with 32 points (10.7 ppg). The point guard has 12 dimes.  
- Alysa Pendley (Waco, Texas) is the team's top rebounder with 20 and has eight offensive boards. She also has notched a team-high three blocks.
- Myles caps the top three trio in points with 28 (9.3 ppg.) She is tied with Yeldell for second in treys with four makes.
- Channing Beauvais (Paradise, Texas) is a true freshman forward has contributed 24 points over three contests with 11 points in her college debut and then had nine last outing.

SCOUTING THE JAGUARS
- Texas A&M-San Antonio sits 4-3 overall and 1-0 in conference play.
- The Jaguars opened conference play last week with a 67-59 overtime win.
- Texas A&M-San Antonio is 2-0 at the home confines this year.
- Evelyn Lorenzo and Maya Simon are the top scorers for the Jaguars with 14.0 ppg and 11.0 ppg, respectively.
- The Jaguars were picked fourth in the RRAC Preseason Poll with 105 points.

- Our Lady of the Lake sits 1-5 overall and 0-1 in conference.
- The Saints fell in overtime to the aforementioned Jaguars to open conference.
- OLLU is 0-3 at home and has dropped two straight.
- They host Southwest on Thursday before the Trailblazers visit.
- Watch for Shayla Dede and Samantha Fields, who are top scorers with 12.7 ppg and 11.2 ppg, respectively.
- Our Lady of the Lake was selected 10th in preseason with 45 points, which was a point behind UNTD for ninth.
