OPENING TIP
- UNT Dallas begins a three-game road stretch at No. 19 Langston and Central Christian this week.
- The Trailblazers enter with a 7-14 record and 6-13 record in the Sooner Athletic Conference.
- UNTD defeated Oklahoma Panhandle State on Saturday with its largest win of the season, 66-46.
- The Trailblazers have won three-of-four contests and will play their third NAIA Top 25 team in the past seven games since January 16.
 
TRAILBLAZER NOTES
- Senior Eryka Patton (Hutchins, Texas) already has surpassed the UNTD Women's Basketball single-season rebounding record with 193. The previous mark was 186 by Tamia Miller. Patton averages 9.2 per contest and is also the leader in scoring with 323 points (15.4 ppg).
- Senior Skye Dugan (Richardson, Texas) nears 300 points by being four away and is the other UNTD player averaging double figures with 14.8 points. Her 62 steals and 79 assists are also team-bests this season. Dugan easily has shattered the steals record, which was 45 by Kayla James in 2023-24.
- The Trailblazers have netted a 3.2 positive turnover margin on the season. This ranks third among SAC teams, with Langston (7.38) and Texas Wesleyan (4.9) higher.

- The Lions hods the top spot in the SAC with a 21-1 overall record and 17-1 conference mark.
- They are winners of the past 17 games and 10-0 at the friendly confines.
- Langston defeated Oklahoma City, 80-49, last time out and Thursday's matchup with UNTD concludes a three-game home stand.
- The Lions have won seven of their past nine games since the turn of the calendar to 2025 by double-digits. The other contests were victories by single digits to nationally ranked Mid-America Christian and Wayland Baptist.

- Sophomore De'Asia Johnson (Dallas, Texas) had 10 points and a team-high seven boards.
- The Lions were led by Diamond Richardson with 22 points. She added seven boards and four assists.
- Jordynn Conner had 16 points and seven rebounds, while Jordan Brown added 14 points.
- Mikayla Woods notched a double-double with 11 points and boards.

- Central Chrisitan has a game with Nelson prior to the Trailblazers making their second trip to McPherson.

- Johnson had a personal-best 14 rebounds and tossed in eight points.
- Freshman Lauren Pete (Rockwall, Texas) scored nine points in a rare start.
- UNTD was never outscored in a quarter.
